To complete this service successfully, we ask if you can have availability to leave your vehicle. You will be notified when vehicle is ready for pick up which could also be on the same day.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy for Ceramic Coating Services

Deposit Requirement: To secure your booking for our Simoniz Diamond Plate Ceramic Coating service, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied toward your final service cost on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling: You’re welcome to reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If additional rescheduling is needed, an additional deposit may be required to secure the new date.
